Who We Are
Construct1 is a UK construction company with offices in Manchester and Cambridge, delivering high-quality projects with a professional, personal approach.
We offer something rare in today’s market: the capability and discipline of a major contractor, combined with the accessibility and hands-on involvement of a senior-led team.
Our clients work directly with our experienced directors and decision-makers who remain actively involved from start to finish – ensuring clear communication, rapid problem-solving and complete accountability.
We know that every project is personal and great construction is built on collaboration. At Construct1, we build with our clients, not for them.
