Cinnamon Kitchen

Construct1 were appointed to undertake the fit-out of the new Cinnamon Kitchen bar (known as “Anise”) in the heart of London’s Devonshire Square.

The refurbishment, designed by Alesso Interiors, centred around providing the existing space a cosmetic upgrade without altering the core layout or functionality or the bar. Our scope of works included new bespoke banquette seating, refurbishment to the existing bar, decorations, toilet refurbishment and the manufacture of new furniture throughout.

The bar is directly attached to the Cinnamon Kitchen restaurant which remained operational throughout the build. Construct1 worked closely with the client team to develop programme and working pattern that ensured minimal disruption to the ongoing operations of the business whilst the refurbishment was completed.
