Royal Masonic School for Girls
Construct1 successfully delivered the fit-out of the servery area at the prestigious Royal Masonic School for Girls in Rickmansworth.
The project involved a strip-out phase including structural alterations, followed by the installation of new ceilings, partitions, decorations, tiling, floor finishes, carpentry, and bespoke joinery.
Despite a stringent three-week on-site programme and a minimal lead-in period, our team completed the works during the school holidays — achieving practical completion just days before the new term began. This project highlights the versatility and efficiency of the Construct1 team, demonstrating our ability to deliver smaller-scale schemes to the same high standards of quality, safety, and precision as larger projects.
