Poke House

Construct1 were appointed as the main contractor for the fit out of multiple Poke House Restaurant across Central London, including flagship restaurants in Mayfair and St John’s Wood.

The scope included the full fit-out of the existing units, including all associated strip-out and alterations to suit the new restaurant layout. New MEP services were fitted throughout and bespoke joinery was manufactured including new servery bar, back-counter, seating and dining furniture.

The projects were delivered in an accelerated timeframe to ensure each unit was functional and trading in as little time as possible, with full project completing ranging from as little as 5-7 weeks.

Due to the Construct1 teams thorough project planning and programming at the outset, combined with quality control processes throughout the works, the finished project was delivered to an exceptional standard.

Originating in Milan in 2018, Poke House has rapidly expanded across Europe, opening over 30 restaurants in Italy, Portugal, and Spain. Their UK growth plan aims to deliver 50 new restaurants, with a focus on London and the South of England.
